Hello and welcome! I am so thrilled you found PeopleTreats. I call this my "Passion Project." I love to cook and bake and experiment with new recipes. I'm not professionally trained as a chef or a baker. I just enjoy cooking meals that are fun and delicious. I'm on a mission to discover new recipes and bring you all along, and also share with you some of my favorite classic, go-to meals. I'm a wife and a mother - to the pickiest eater in the world - and I want to share with my son how delicous foods can be. If I can motivate just one person to cook a meal, then my Passion Project is a SUCCESS! Find joy in cooking and you'll find joy in life!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

image

This BBQ chicken pizza recipe takes a total of 15 minutes to make, from prepping to cook time, and only four items are needed. Can I make it any easier than that? Probably not :)!

Here’s whatcha need:
image

Ready-made thin crust pizza (Use any style pizza crust you would like, but if you want a crunchy texture, use thin crust)
Jack Daniel’s BBQ Sauce (Original No. 7 Recipe)
1/2 cup of shredded chicken
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella
2 tblspns of chopped purple onion

Preheat the oven to 375F

Start by prepping the toppings for the pizza. Shred chicken breast for a total of a 1/2 cup. I bought already-cooked chicken breasts from Ralph’s at the deli, and one was plenty for a whole pizza…

If you’re a fan of onion like I am, chop a total of two tblspns of purple onion and then set aside…

Place the ready-made pizza crust onto a pizza pan, pour a generous amount of BBQ sauce on top, hence the title BBQ Chicken Pizza, and spread around…

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top…

Add the chicken and onion…

Place this into the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes this pizza is ready to be devoured.
