My name is Marie Wilson, and this is my blog about food! I enjoy creating meals that are simple yet delicious. I post recipes that are experimental, fun and new and I also include some of my favorite staple dishes. The purpose of this blog is to share with my readers how cooking doesn’t have to take hours in the kitchen or recipes calling for 20-plus ingredients.
I absolutely love to cook, and I love being creative in the kitchen. I believe that cooking is yoga for the hands! A few of my popular dishes are my Apple Pie Pockets, Cake Mix Cookies, which is my No. 1 post at the moment, my easy fishstick tacos and Lori’s Almond Puff Pastries to name a few! I will be posting new as well as old favorite recipes as often as I can, so stay posted for some great treats, PeopleTreats that is!
Thanks for stopping by!
Thank you for visiting and following my blog. I’m glad to have discovered yours as well. 🙂
You are so welcome. You have a great blog. I really enjoyed your marzipan post. I have an almond puff pastry recipe posted on PeopleTreats. I fold in a bit of marzipan in the puff pastry, I sprinkle a little sea salt on top, bake…..so yummy! The salt really enhances that sweet almond flavor.
Thanks for visiting and following my blog as well! Looking forward to more of your posts 🙂
