Crunchy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside is exactly how these cookies tasted right out of the oven. This is a cake mix cookie recipe that can be used with any cake flavor such as vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, lemon, the list goes on. For this recipe I used chocolate, and I added some chocolate chips and walnuts. This I would have to say is the best chocolate cookie I have ever made.
Items needed:
Box of chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1 cup of chocolate chips
Two eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of butter melted
2 tblspns of vegetable oil
Parchment paper
Large mixing bowl
Hand mixer
Preheat the oven to 350F
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, vanilla, butter and oil together…
After the ingredients are mixed well, stir in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips…
Scoop 1- to 1-1/2-inch rounds onto the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper…
Make sure to have some spreading room between the cookies…
Bake cookies for 9 minutes.
After the cookies are done baking, place them onto a cooling rack…
This recipe makes a total of 20 cookies.
